Purchase at the nursery
The nursery is open on Fridays 10am-5pm. In addition, we also welcome customers by appointment Wednesday to Saturday. It’s easy to book even a last-minute appointment on our Visit Us page.
You do not have to pre-order, but plants can be ordered by email, or from our WebShop for collection from the nursery, or from any of our events.
The nursery is always worth a visit to see the much greater selection of plants available than we can ever display on the webshop. Please download our annual Pelham Plants Catalogue for a taste of the range we offer. We cannot stock the entire catalogue at all times, and the rapid turnover of stock has meant that we no longer find it possible to publish up-to-date nursery availability lists. We prefer to list a choice selection on the webshop. Please contact us for more advice on availability before travelling long distances.

How to order
Plants may be purchased from our WebShop any day of the year.
We welcome mail order enquiries about plants from our current Pelham Plants Catalogue even if that plant is not currently listed on the webshop. Please send us your wish list to pelhamplants@gmail.com to check availability.
Despatch process
Plants ordered April – September will be processed immediately. Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your order for despatch, although we will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible, and in most cases within a week. We will contact you at times of high demand if delays are likely.
Orders received October – March will be cared for and checked during winter. There is no need to contact us during this period, your online order is reserved and awaiting our busiest despatch period of March & April. Web orders are confirmed automatically by the website and plants are reserved without payment. You will not be contacted again until we send you a Payment Request email when your plants are checked and made ready for packing. Despatch will take place after payment is received via the secure online payment link provided in the email.
A packing and delivery charge of £12 is applied per order regardless of size. We only deliver by courier to mainland Great Britain. Local deliveries are possible by arrangement.
We pride ourselves on the fact that virtually all plants offered for sale are propagated at the nursery. We will do our best for you, but sometimes we may not be able to fulfil all of your order. We never send out plants that do not meet the high standards you expect from an independent nursery.
We have tried to keep the process very simple and the charges as low as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us.
